PraxisPro, a data intelligence company, is on a mission to heal the fractured state of Life Sciences commercial data by surfacing undocumented and previously inaccessible datasets to drive novel commercial intelligence and improve patient outcomes. PraxisPro has begun surfacing undocumented and previously inaccessible data with the industry’s first purpose-built Learning Experience Platform (LXP).

By serving as the commercial intelligence backbone across commercial, medical, and compliance functions, our industry-specific AI models for therapeutic areas and disease states form the foundation for a new standard of commercial intelligence, one that enables disciplined execution at scale while allowing Life Sciences organizations to focus on what matters most: advancing patient outcomes.

What You Will Do

In tight collaboration with PraxisPro’s Commercial team, you'll own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close as well as expansions. This means identifying stakeholders, running multi-threaded sales campaigns, closing six and seven figure deals. You're not just selling software; you're selling commercial organization transformation across L&D, Commercial Excellence, Sales & Marketing executive leaders at some of the biggest pharma and biotech companies in the world.

You'll be equal parts hunter and strategist. You need to be comfortable picking up the phone for cold outreach and mapping complex organizational structures to find champions. You'll run demos, manage pilots, negotiate contracts, and do whatever it takes to get deals across the line.

This is a high-accountability role in a lean matrixed organization where you will have support across the PraxisPro team, including founders, to drive results. We're looking for someone who is resilient and adaptable to change since we are moving quickly and getting strong positive feedback from customers and their leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue: your primary objective is the growth and adoption of PraxisPro within life sciences Commercial organizations

  • Prospect relentlessly: cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, whatever it takes to fill the pipeline and get to a demo

  • Run the full sales cycle: spear, qualify, demo, support pre-sales efforts, close deals, and collaborate on driving upsells

  • Navigate siloed and complex orgs:  build relationships with key stakeholders, and find your champions from managers to senior leaders

  • You have your own #, but the team owns the bottoms-up forecast: own your pipeline, know your numbers, and hit your commits, and the rest of the team is expected to do the same.

  • Travel when it matters: bias towards in-person interactions, meet customers face-to-face, attend industry & local events.

What You Bring

Required Experience

  • Industry Native - you have personal experience with the problem and intimately know the gap that exists for solutions in the market, and have worked to try to solve them with your organization or customers

  • 8-10+ years closing deals in biopharma/pharma/life science

    • No industry experience in Learning Technology OR Life Sciences OR Software Product? Please do not apply.

  • You've sold within, or to, life sciences, including pharma, biotech, or highly regulated industries.

  • You've closed $250K+ deals and know how to work complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. Bonus if you can share examples of land and expands to $1M+.

  • You own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying, demoing, driving Pilots, negotiating, closing, and upselling in collaboration with PraxisPro Leadership. 

  • You must be able to talk about AI, learning platforms, compliance training, and how our product solves real problems to drive better patient outcomes.

  • You can navigate a modern sales stack, including HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and AI dialers. 

  • You maintain a clean CRM - forecasting, time management, and deal hygiene are second nature. Without trustworthy data, forecasts are worthless.

  • You're a strong and confident listener & communicator on calls, in emails, and in the room with executives.

  • You can build from 0 to 1. You thrive in ambiguity and help build structure where none exists. Early-stage challenges energize rather than frustrate you.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling into regulated industries (GxP, compliance training, etc.)

  • Experience working with life science industry tools (e.g. Veeva)

  • Experience as an early sales hire and knowledge of what it takes to build from zero

  • Existing network within life sciences L&D, Commercial Excellence or Marketing functions
